The Studies on Detection of Carcinoembryonic Antigen mRNA and Telomerase Activity in Blood for Diagnosis of Distant Metastasis of the Digestive System Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨检测血液中CEAmRNA和端粒酶活性(TA)对诊断消化系统恶性肿瘤远处转移的应用价值。方法:以67例消化系统恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,其中肿瘤远处转移患者35例、无远处转移患者32例,44例非肿瘤消化道疾病患者为对照,应用逆转录-套式-聚合酶链反应技术(RT-NP-PCR)检测血液标本CEAmRNA、端粒末端重复序列扩增-杂交-酶联免疫检测技术(RTAP-Hyb-ELISA)检测TA。结果:1)肿瘤组CEAmRNA和TA阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。2)肿瘤远处转移组CEAmRNA和TA阳性率显著高于无远处转移组(P<0.001)。结论:检测血液CEAmRNA和端粒酶活性(TA)有助于诊断消化系统恶性肿瘤远处转移。 Objective: To explore the value on detection of CEA mRNA and telomerase activity (TA) in blood for diagnosing distant metastasis of the digestive system cancers. Methods: CEA mRNA and TA in blood were detected by reverse transcriptase-nested primers- polymerase chain reaction (RT-NP-PCR) and telomeroc repeat amplification protocol-hybridism-enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (RTAP-Hyb-ELISA) in 67 cases with digestive system cancer and 44 patients of digestive system diseases without cancer. There were 35 cases with distant metastasis and 32 without metastasis in the cancer patients. Results: The positive rates of CEA mRNA and TA in the cancer patients were far higher than in the patients without cancer (P〈0.001). The positive rates of CEA mRNA and TA in the cancer patients with distant metastasis were far higher than in the cancer patients without metastasis (P〈0.001). Conclusions: The detection of CEA mRNA and TA in blood is helpful in predicting distant metastasis of digestive system cancer.
