S195柴油机燃用轻—重馏分混合柴油的试验研究

摘要 将0#轻柴油与20#重柴油以不同的比例配制成3种混合油,在S195柴油机上进行正交试验,并利用SAS统计分析软件对正交试验结果进行优化分析,获得了S195柴油机最佳参数组合和不同工况下耗油率影响因素次序。台架试验和实际应用表明S195柴油机燃用重馏份柴油后,柴油机不仅运行正常,而且其动力性和经济性均较使用0#轻柴油有所提高。 Based on the analysis of the problems existing in combusting diesel fuel currently, the orthogonal experiments were made on an S195 type diesel engine to determine the relationship between three working parameters, i.e. fuel-delivering angle, injection pressure, and diesel fuel temperature and specific fuel consumption under 6 different working conditions of the engine when three different kinds of diesel fuels, which are the mixtures of the No. 0 diesel fuel with the 5%, 10% or 15% No. 20 diesel fuel, respectively, were used as the diesel fuel. By means of SAS (Statistical Analysis System), the optimum working parameters and the sequence of factors, according to their influence on the specific fuel consumption of engine under different working conditions, were selected. Laboratory experiment and practical application tests show that diesel engine cannot only function normally, but also its power characteristics was enhanced and the use cost was reduced when the mixtures were used.
