摘要
目的:观察比较传统的手动注射方法和The W andTM系统在龋病去腐质和洞型预备过程中的镇痛效果。方法:随机选取儿童牙科临床单颗活髓下颌第一乳磨牙深龋,需进行去腐质和洞型预备的患者128名(共128颗患牙),平均分成两组。实验组64名,接受The W andTM局部麻醉系统进行麻醉,对照组64名,接受传统的手动注射方法进行麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:麻药注射过程中试验组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);麻药起效时间试验组快于对照组(P<0.05);牙科恐惧及焦虑症试验组较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:The W andTM系统在牙体预备治疗中注射时疼痛,牙科恐惧及焦虑症,麻药生效时间优于传统的常规手动注射麻醉。
Objective： To observe and compare the pain -easing effect of the traditional manual injection and The Wand TM system in removing decayed tooth and cavity preparation in pediatric dentistry. Methods： 128 young children with deep caries in mandible first deciduous molar were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group equally. 64 in experimental group accepted the The Wand TM system , while 64 in control group accepted the traditional manual injection. Results： The extent of ache during the injection of anesthetic drugs in experimental group was much smaller than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05） ; and the period time of taking effect in experimental group was much faster than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while the trepidation and anxiety in experimental group was much light than that in control group. Conclusion： The Wand TM system was much better than the traditional manual injection.
