充血性心衰并发低钠血症78例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 78 CASES OF PATIENTS WITH CONGE-STIVE HEART FAILURE (CHF) COMBINED HYPONATREMIA

本文报道78例充血性心衰并发低钠血症,并与同期仁院的充血性心衰不伴低钠血症病人进行对比分析。结果表明:肺心病、风心病心衰低钠血症发生率高,而冠心病、高血压病心衰低钠血症发生率低。′低钠血症发生率与心衰程度呈正比,与病死率呈正比。因此,治疗充血性心衰伴低钠血症时,要合理使用利尿剂,注意补充电解质,防止电解质紊乱。

We reported 78 cases of patients with CHF combined hyponatremia as control. The results indicated that the incidence of hyponatremia were significantly higher in patients with rheumatic heart disease, pulmonary heart disease and myocardiosis than in the patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. The incidence of hyponatremia have positive correlation with the degree of heart failureSo. we should use urinative reasonably and supply electrolyte in order to avoid electrolyte disorders when we treat patients with CHF and hyponatremia.
