摘要
在电沉积方法修复混凝土裂缝中,利用Photoshop,自定义阈值二值化实现图像分割的方法以及最大类间方差阈值分割法3种图像处理方法计算电沉积效果的评价指标———试件表面覆盖率,从分割后的图像与用于计算试件表面覆盖率的图像比较来看,3种方法的计算结果是可信的,但是前两种带有很强的主观性,最后1种计算稳定可靠,自动化程度较高,计算速度也较快.
As to the electrodeposition method for repair of concrete cracks, three image processing methods, including the Photoshop method, self-definition threshold method for binarization image segmentation, and Ostu method with maximal variance between two classes, were adopted to calculate the surface coverage for samples-an evaluation index for electroposition effect. The comparison of the segmented images with those for calculation of the surface coverage shows that the calculated results of the three methods are reasonable, and that the former two methods are of high subjectivity, while the last one is more reliable, automatic, and fast.
