暂时句法歧义句认知加工初探

A Tentative Study on Temporarily Ambiguous Sentences

研究通过两个实验探讨了汉语句子理解中的直接宾语(DO)/句子补语(SC)类暂时句法歧义句的认知加工特征。实验一采用自定速移动视窗技术,发现歧义句和无歧义句解歧区的阅读时间存在显著差异。实验二增加了论题适合性因素以探讨非句法信息在句子理解加工中的影响,发现论题适合性信息影响歧义区和解歧区的阅读时间。实验结果表明:在汉语句子加工中存在DO/SC暂时句法歧义效应;论题适合性信息即时参与对句子的加工,并对句法歧义效应产生影响。

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the direct object （DO）/sentence complement （SC） temporary ambiguity in Chinese sentence comprehension. Experiment One applied the self-paced moving window technique and found significant difference in the unambiguity section of both temporarily ambiguous and non-ambiguous sentences. Experiment Two added the thematically fit factor to the investigation of the non-syntactic information＇s role in sentence processing, and found that this information instantly influenced the reading time of the ambiguous and unambiguity sections in both ambiguou~ and non-ambiguous sentences. The results suggested the existence of the DO/SC temporary ambiguity in Chinese sentence processing and the instant participation of thematically fit information of the noun as the direct object of the verb in the sentence processing.
