选择性肾动脉化疗及栓塞术治疗晚期肾癌的临床体会

Treatment of Advanced Renal Carcinoma with Selective Renal Arterial Chemotherapy and Embolization

手术难以切除合并其它脏器转移的晚期肾癌，死亡率高，无较好的治疗方法。１９９１～１９９５年采用选择性肾动脉化疗及栓塞术治疗１６例晚期肾癌患者，术后半年、１年及２年死亡率分别是６．２％、５０％和５６．２％，其中１例患者带瘤存活２９个月以上，无其它部位转移，取得较好的临床疗效。

Selective arteriorenal chemotherapy and embolization were performed in 16 cases of advanced unresectable renal carcinoma in our department from 1991 to 1995. The size of tumors reduced 1-2cm in mean diameter in this group and in 1 case 5cm after treatment, The 1/2-,1-and 2-year death rates were 6.2% ,50% and 56. 2% respectively. One tumor-bearing Patient has survived 29 months with no metastasis. The results showed that this treatment was more effective than systemic chemotherapy for advanced unresectable renal carcinoma.
