供放射免疫显像用荷瘤动物模型──家兔肾被膜下移植人肿瘤组织 被引量:3

摘要 为解决放射免疫显像研究中缺乏合适荷瘤动物模型的难题,参照用于药敏检测小鼠肾被膜下(SRC)移植人肿瘤组织模型的实验方法及理论基础,建立家兔SRC移植人肿瘤组织模型。结果发现肿瘤移植后第3天血管建立,第6天肿瘤细胞生长,免疫组化呈阳性结果。在肿瘤移植后第3天注入标记单抗,第6天显像即可得到肿瘤清晰影像。家兔SRC肿瘤模型,具有方法简单、应用范围广、静脉注射容易,适于γ相机显像等优点。为放射免疫显像研究提供了较为理想的荷瘤动物模型。 In order to elaborate a suitable tumorbearing animal model for radioimmunoimaging(RII) study,a human tumor tissue xenografted in rabbit subrenal capsule(SRC) was set up. On the 3rd day after xenografting new blood vessel formed and tumor cell grew well and on immunohistochemistry study positive reactions appeared on the 6th day.Radiolabelled antibody was injected on the 3rd day after grafting and clear tumor image was obtained on the 6th day.Tumor-bearing model of rabbit SRC might provide the advantages of being simple, broad scope application,easy handling and suitable for γ-camera imaging,hence provides an optimal tumor-bearing animal model for RII.
