摘要
基于LabVIEW的小波包理论和能量谱应用于电机振动故障诊断是一种新的尝试,具有良好的应用前景。在时域范围内,故障振动信号幅值虽有变化,但难以确定电机故障程度的大小。用小波包对振动信号分解,可得到能量特征值,由此能有效地判断电机振动故障类型和程度,提高了故障诊断效率。
It is a new attempt to apply wavelet packet and energy of LabVIEW to the fault diagnosis of vibration of electrical machine, it possesses good applicable perspective. Compared to the normal condition, when the vibration signals have been at defect and there were changes at the time-domain, thus an affirmatory criterion can not been gained to assess the degree of electrical machine, The vibration signals were analyzed using wavelet packet and energy eigenvalue, from the result of experiment, we can see this method criterion of type and degree of the fault in electrical machine.
