我国城市群经济整合的理论分析

Theoretic Analysis on Economic Integration of Urban Agglomerations

区域发展历程表明,城市群逐渐成长为区域经济增长极,但经济不整合制约了城市群的进一步发展。基于区域经济发展和城市群发展视角,从经济全球化、区域经济发展、区域分工与合作、城市群内部的产业集聚与扩散、城市群内部的企业扩张和网络化组织的促进作用等方面阐述城市群经济整合的必要性。从城市群经济系统整合、城市群经济支撑系统整合和城市群区域协调机制建设等方面论述城市群经济整合的主要内容。

The progress of district development indicates urban agglomeration makes a constantly increasing contribution to the economic development and gradually becomes the economic growth pole of the district. However, the economic unconformable becomes a restrictive factor for the farther growth and maturity of urban agglomeration. In view of district eeonomic development, this paper firstly discusses the economic integration of urban agglomeration based on the theory of economic globalization, the development of district economy, the workload dispatching and cooperating between districts. And in view of urban agglomeration growth, this paper theoretieally discusses the economic integration of urban agglomeration from the centralizing and diffusing of industry, the expanding of enterprises,and the promoting of district network. In the end,this paper discusses the content or the economic integration of urban agglomeration, which includes economic system integration,integration of support system for economic system, and the establishment of strategy of coordination mechanism between districts.
