摘要
利用故障树分析(FTA)法对某水陆两栖汽车概念样车试验过程中出现过热故障的副分动器进行分析,找出造成故障发生的最小割集,并分析其发生的原因。提出了解决故障的改进措施。试验结果表明,达到了副分动器可靠性设计的目的。
The sub transfer ease of a concept amphihian vehicle.which is overheated during test.is analyzed with the FTA method.and the minimum fault causes eauses is found out.and then causes of fault are analyzed.Measures for solving fault are put forth.Test results indicate that reliahility design of the sub transfer case reaches the aim.
