摘要 论述了电动增压器工作原理。确定了电动增压器与柴油机匹配准则:使柴油机最低工作转速的全负荷工况的空燃比达到23~24以上,以此来解决柴油机低速烟度过大问题。按此准则对CA6DF2-24G型柴油机匹配了电动增压器,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用电动增压器使该柴油机在低速扭矩增加16.3%~29.6%的前提下,烟度降低56%;整车自由加速烟度降低67.2%。 The working principle of the electric supercharger is introduced.The matching criterion of electric superchargers on diesel engines is determined.make air-fuel ratio under fill load condition at the minimum working speed up to 23~24 to solve problem of heavy smoke at low speed.An electric supercharger is matched on CA6DF2-24G diesel engine according to the criterion.and experimental research is carried out.Resuhs indicate that,on the premise that torque at low speeds increases by 16.3 %~29.6 %,the electric supercharger can make smoke decrease by 56 % and make vehicle accelerating smoke decrease by 67.2 %.
