摘要
基于汽车轻量化用材,介绍了一种显著减轻车身质量的新型薄板——连续变截面辊轧板(TRB)。与激光拼焊板相比,TRB在减重效果、机械性能、适应性、厚度优化分布、断面曲线多样化、后续加工可靠性等方面有着明显的优势。讨论了TRB在车身制造中需要解决的覆盖件模具设计、冲压成形过程中的变形、材料流动性和板料回弹等关键问题。
A new type blank.tailor rolling blanks.which ean evidently reduce mass of body is introduced.Compared with the tailor welded blanks,TRB has advantagcs on mass reduction.mechanical performance,adaptability,thickness optimization.section variation,reliability for machining and ere.Some key problems to be solved in body manufacture for TRBs, such as design of exterior panel dies.deformation during stamping.flow characteristic of material and resilience,etc.,are discussed.
