摘要
随着核设施退役、环境恢复、核技术应用等活动的日益增多,我们必须面临的“纳入”和“移出”辐射防护体系的审管问题也日益增多。本文在简单论述相关概念和相关标准的基础上,分析和指出了对管理边界问题审管的重要性,以及我国目前在这方面所面临的问题和困难。最后提出了相关的建议。
With the increase of activities of decommissioning nuclear facilities, environmental remediafion and application of nuclear technology, the regulatory issues of “move-in” or “move-out” the radiation protection system are also increasingly occurred. The first part of this paper clarifies the related concepts and standards, then analyzes and emphasizes the significance of solving these problems, and the difficulties as well of us. Finally, some suggestions are made.
