超短波或中药早期治疗对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死兔TXA_2-PGI_2平衡的影响 被引量:2

Experimental study of the effects of ultrashortwave diathermy or Chinese medicine in early stage of hormon-induced ischemic femoral head necrosis

摘要 目的探讨激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发病机制,观察并比较超短波或中药早期干预对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法选择健康雄性新西兰兔40只,随机分成对照组、模型组、超短波组和中药组,联合应用马血清和激素诱导激素性股骨头坏死模型。分别检测各组血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列环素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TCh)及血液流变学指标,并进行比较分析。结果模型组的TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α、血脂、TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值(T/P)及血液流变学指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);超短波组、中药组分别进行早期干预治疗后,TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α、血脂、T/P及血液流变学指标与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);超短波组和中药组各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超短波或中药早期治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死有较好疗效,超短波可成为治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的一种新疗法。 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of avascular necrosis of femoral head ( ANFH ) and to compare the effectiveness of ultrashort wave diathermy and Chinese medicine in the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH) through animal experiment. Methods A total of 40 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into four groups: a control group, a model group, an ultrashort wave group, a Chinese medicine group. All the groups were injected with horse blood serum and methyl-prednisolone, which can induce ANFH. The TXB2, 6-keto-PGFα, TG, TCh and hemorheology index were observed in the study. Results When compared with control group, the difference of model group was significant ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , with regard to TXB2 , 6-keto-PGFα, blood-fat level, T/P and hemorheology index. Compared with model group, the difference of ultrashort wave group and Chinese medicine group also were significant ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , they improved the 6-keto-PGFα of the eases, and decreased TXB2,6-keto- PGFα, blood-fat level, T/P and hemorheology index, respectively. The difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) between ultrashort wave group and Chinese group. Conclusion Both ultrashort wave diathermy and Chinese medicine were effective for the treatment of ANTH in the early stage.
