Study on Cutting Technology of Miniature Parts of Duralumin Alloy

摘要 微小型轴类零件是微小型机械系统中最为常用的零件,其加工过程的可行性和可靠性研究是切削加工技术中非常重要的内容。试验结果表明,应用车削技术加工硬铝材料的微小型轴类零件是一种有效的办法,但还有一些问题值得研究。 With the larger demand of the miniature parts in the national defense fields, To do research for miniature parts machining technology is truly imminency. Micro-shafts is used widely in micro mechanical system, to study the feasibility and reliability of cutting process are very important work. Tne test shows that turning technology is a valid method for machining micro-shafts of duralumin alloy, but some few problems need furthering investigation.
