摘要 通过1.25Cr0.5Mo钢光滑试样540℃环境下应力控制的梯形波加载试验,对1.25Cr0.5Mo钢高温环境下疲劳蠕变交互作用的寿命预测进行了研究。研究表明:在本次试验的情况下,频率分离法、频率分离法的应变能修正法可以变形成一个统一的模型表达式。用此模型对1.25Cr0.5Mo钢540℃环境疲劳蠕变的交互作用进行了寿命预测,预测结果与实测结果符合较好。 By loading experiments with smooth specimens of 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel under stress control of trapezium waveforms at 540℃, life prediction for fatigue - creep interaction of 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel at elevated temperature were analyzed. Research shows that a uniform expression can be obtained according to the law of frequency separation and its revision with strain energy. Based on this expression, life prediction for fatigue - creep interaction of 1.25Cr0.5Mo steel at 540℃ were made, a good agreement is noted between the predicted and experimental results.
