摘要
建立了利用高分辨气相色谱-高分辨质谱定量测定多溴联苯醚(PBDE s)的方法,参与了测定PBDE s的国际比对实验,实验结果表明该法是可行的。对不同地区(北京、山东临沂、上海)的3个污水处理厂的活性污泥进行了索氏提取、多层复合硅胶柱分离,然后用所建立的方法测定了19种多溴联苯醚单体的含量。结果表明,北京某污水处理厂的活性污泥中PBDE s的总量高于其他两者。
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a group of brominated flame retardants, which are manufactured in large quantities and widely used in a variety of consumer goods. Recently they spread ubiquitously as environmental contaminants. In order to investigate the pollution level of PBDEs in different environmental samples, a method has been estabfished by using high resolution gas chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry (HRGC-HRMS). The method was used to analyze biosamples obtained from the international inter-calibration. The results were satisfactory by analyzing z-score figures. Then, PBDE contents in three samples of sewage sludge were investigated by the method after Soxhlet extraction and multi-layer silica gel chromatographic separation. The number of PBDEs determined was 19. From the results, we can see that the contamination level of PBDEs in the sample from Beijing was higher than those from two other areas. The method was validated and applied for the analysis of environmental samples.
