酸马奶中乳杆菌MG2-1株的抗氧化作用研究 被引量:23

摘要 应用分离自酸马奶,并经过耐酸性实验、人工胃肠消化液中存活能力筛选的L.acidophilusMG2-1,制备成热致死菌体和活菌制剂后灌服大鼠至28d,测定大鼠肝脏组织匀浆和血清SOD,GSH-PX活力和MDA含量。结果表明,活菌制剂能够使大鼠肝脏组织匀浆中SOD活力和GSH-PX活力活力均明显提高,与对照组比较分别达到显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)水平;大鼠血清中GSH-PX活力显著提高(P<0.05)。L.acidophilusMG2-1活菌制剂能够显著地降低大鼠血液和肝脏组织匀浆中MDA含量(P<0.05)。L.acidophilusMG2-1活菌制剂的抗氧化作用优于热致死菌体制剂。本研究证明来源于传统酸马奶的乳杆菌具有一定的抗氧化生理活性作用。 Activity of SOD, GSH-PX and content of MDA were examined in liver tissue homogenate and serum of rat after 28 d orally administrated with heat-killing and living k addophilus MG2-1, isolated from koumiss and could resist acid and artificial gastric and intestinal .juice. The result showed that oral living L acidophilus MG2-1 significantly increased the SOD activity (P〈0.05) and great significantly increased the GSH- PX activity (P〈0.01) in liver tissue homogenate of rat; the GSH-PX activity was significantly increased in serum; the content of MDA in serum and liver tissue homogenate was significantly decreased (P〈0.05). The antioxidative effect of living k addophilus MG2-1 was better than that heat-killing k addophilus MG2-1. This study demonstrated that lactobacillus in koumiss have antioxidative effect.
