叙述了国内外在超声波电动机驱动技术领域所取得的最新研究成果,重点介绍了直接数字频率合成技术(DDS)、双电感双电容谐振技术(LLCC)和压电变压器技术在该领域中的应用,并指出了驱动电源在今后的发展方向和趋势。
Recent research achievements in the field of ultrasonic motor (USM) driving technique in home and abroad are present,with the emphasis on applications of direct digital synthesis (DDS) , two - inductor and two - capacitor resonant technique (LLCC) and piezoelectric transformer to USM. Also, the future trend of driving power is given.
