摘要 从水轮机调节系统的电液随动系统特点出发,对系统进行了一系列的理论分析,发现了通常的水轮机调节系统中所采用的常规结构的液压随动系统,由于受到固有频率和阻尼比的制约,其调节品质的提高十分有限;稍不注意就会发生系统的不稳定现象.作者提出了能提高和改善系统性能的速度+加速度反馈校正方法,并进行了相应的分析.在不采用速度及加速度传感器的前提下,巧妙地用改进综放硬件结构的办法实现了这种反馈校正方法.最后,对这种新型结构的综放和传统综放在同一调节系统上作了对比试验.试验结果表明,用所提方法构成的综放,可以提高系统的稳定裕量、响应速度和跟随精度。 From the distinguishing features of electro-hydraulic servo system for hydraulic turbine governing system, theoretical analyses for the system have been done. Through the analysis, it is known that the conventienal electro-hydraulic servo system adopted im general governing system,owing to the restriction of parameter ωy and δy,the improving of the characteristic of the system is difficult. One method adopted velocity plus acceleration feedback tuning is put forward,that can improve dynarnic performance of the system, and corresponding analysis has been done.The method of velocity plus acceleration feedback tuning is realized smartly by a new designed synthetic arnplifier, and it is not increasing the complex of the system.The contrast test between the new designed synthetic amplifier and the conventienal synthetic amplifier in the same governing system has been carried out. The results obtained from the real test show that the system adopted this method can be improved stability margin,response velocity and following accuracy.
