摘要
介绍了应用于数控机床的图像监控系统。该系统可将数控机床的加工状态实时采集并显示,让操作者通过计算机可以直接观看到机床的加工情况,从而根据实际情况对机床进行控制。另外图像数据还可以通过网络传送到远程监控端,使远程监控人员有身临其境的感觉,增强了数控机床的可控性和易操作性。
A kind of image monitoring system for NC machine tool is proposed. The machining status of the NC machine tool is sampled and displayed in real time. So the operator can control the machine tool according to the actual condition. Moreover, the image data can be transmitted to the remote monitoring PC and the remote operator seems to operate the machine tool personally on the scene. The control and operation for NC machine tool is improved greatly.
