摘要
研究了水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料中多异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇原料的选择,聚醚的脱水条件,反应温度与时间,以及稳定剂及增塑剂对浆材性能的影响。确定了最佳配方,合成了几批水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料,结果有很好的重复性。
In the paper, the composition of water-soluble polyurethane grouting was presented, The influence of the drying conditions and reaction time and temperatures for some property of the polyurethane grouting have been studied. At the same time, the influences of stabilizer kind and content have been investigated, the optimun formula was determined, its relative density,volume dilatation gel time and viscosity and adhesion property were measured.
