This paper describes ice cooling storage technology in air conditioning, then analyses the advantages and disadvantages of ice cooling system in application and pointe up the function of the ice-ball with double metal-core, which remedies the deficiences of the conventional ice-ball. Some engineering example with the system that is resently in proper operation are lastly introduced in the paper.
