Investigations and Analyses on the Websites Novelty Inquiry of Science and Technology in Departments of Education in China

调查教育部部级查新工作站网站的现状,分析其网站内容和功能方面的诸多问题,并借鉴国外科技信息咨询的先进经验,探讨查新工作站网站的意义和作用,提出建立统一管理的教育部查新咨询门户网站的发展构想以及对现有网站的改进对策。

Based on the investigation of the website situation of novelty inquiry of science and technology in departments of education in China, this paper analyzes the problems involved in the current website of novelty inquiry services that addresses website contents and functions. Referlng to the science and technology information consultation abroad, the paper also discusses the role and the sense of website novelty inquiry of science and technology. Then it puts forward a proposal of a unified portal website of science and technology in departments of education in China, and some suggestions are made on the improvement of the current websites.
