闪发式海水淡化装置流动特性的三维数值模拟 被引量:1

3-D numerical simulation on the characteristics of seawater flow in flash desalination device

摘要 通过对闪发室海水淡化装置的三维数值模拟,获得其三维流速与压力分布、自由面与流线谱形态、漩涡强度与湍流黏度分布等,调整障碍板的位置和数量后,计算出海水中尤其是液面附近的湍流强度,并由此分析了阻流板对流动与闪发效率的影响。从水力特性上看,装置阻流板不利于提高闪发效率。 Through a 3-D numerical simulation on seawater flow in flash desalination device, the 3-D distribution of the velocity and pressure, the contour of free surface and streamlines, the distribution of the vortex intensity and turbulent viscosity, etc. were calculated. Through the simulation with different amounts of block-plates placed in different positions, turbulent viscosity in seawater, especially near the free surface, was calculated. According to the analysis of influence of block-boards on the flow characteristics and flash efficiency, it is concluded that the existence of block-plates is not beneficial to the flash efficiency.
