摘要
从石油产品装卸码头风险事故识别、风险概率以及如何规避风险等方面对拟建的阳鸿石油码头进行风险评价,通过采用溢油扩散、漂移模型对该石油专用码头水环境风险事故对下游4.0km处区域供水工程水源地进行影响分析,为码头选址的可行性论证提供部分技术依据。
Risk assessment of Yanghong petrol wharf was carried out from several aspects, including identification of risk in petrol products loading wharf, risk probability, and how to avoid risk. The diffusion and migration model of spill oil was applied to analyze the impact of water environment risk and incident of petrol wharf on the source region of water supply 4.0 km downstream of the wharf. It provides technical supports for confirming the feasibility of wharf location.
