摘要
目的测定黄胸鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂溴敌隆的敏感性,为测定抗药性提供黄胸鼠敏感种群本底资料.方法在实验室做无选择性摄食试验.将试鼠雌雄分开,随机分组,按6个不同食毒期摄食0.000 3%溴敌隆毒饵.用Bliss计算机程序,计算不同食毒期与对应死亡率之间的关系.结果黄胸鼠性别之间对溴敌隆的敏感性差异无统计学意义(Pb>0.05,PLFP50>0.05),故雌雄数据合并计算,得毒力回归线y=2.85+3.69x,LFP50、LFP99及其95%置信限(95%CI)分别是3.81(3.18~4.58)、16.26(9.95~26.56)d.结论按WHO修订以致死99%敏感靶标鼠种的食毒期(LFP99)取整天数作为抗药性检验标准,湛江地区黄胸鼠对0.000 3%的溴敌隆毒饵食毒期超过17d存活为产生抗药性.
Objective To provide base data for Bromadiolone resistance monitoring in Rattus flavipectus, determined the susceptibility of R .flavipectus to Bromadiolone. Methods Firstly hived off the males and females, then divided into groups at random. No-choice tests were carried out using the Bromadiolone bait at ooncentration of 0. 000 3 % at six different feeding days. Using Bliss software, the relevant between death rates and the different feeding days were analysed statisties. Results There was no signicanty difference ( Pb 〉 0.05, PLFP50 〉 0.05 ) between sex in the Bromadiolone susceptibility. The LF-P line was y = 2.85 + 3.69x. On combination of the sex data, LFP50 and LFP99 and its 95% fiducial limits for R. flavipectus were 3.81 (3.18-4.58), 16.26(9.95-25.56) days respectively. Conclusion According to the revising rodent resistance diagnose of WHO, the local R.flavipectus fed the 0.000 3% the bait living for 17 days and above can be as the resistance diagnose.
