摘要
针对埋藏较深的潜山油藏、碳酸盐岩储层的地层温度较高,固相颗粒是其主要损害因素的特点,研制出了一种用于无固相钻井液体系、抗温能力超过150℃的高温增粘剂TV-Ⅰ,以此为主剂研制出了淡水、复合盐水、海水等无固相钻井液体系,并分别在胜利油田4个不同区块的13口井上进行了现场应用。结果表明:在井深超过4000 m、井底温度在150℃以上(最高达170℃)的情况下,该体系具有热稳定性好、抗温抗盐能力强(高达180℃)的特点,很好地解决了以往无固相钻井液高温状态下由于聚合物的降解而造成的降粘问题;携岩能力强,保证了钻井施工安全顺利;具有良好的技术经济效益。
Solids is the major damage factor in deep and high temperature buried hill reservior and carbonate reservoir.To solve this problem, a viscosifier TV-I,which can tolerant the temperature more than 150 ℃,for solids free drilling fluids was developed.At the same time,fresh water based,composite brine based and seawater based solids free drilling fluids on the basis of TV-I were developed and then applied in 13 wells of 4 different blocks,Shengli oilfield.It was indicated from these practice that this fluid had excellent thermal stability(180 ℃) and salt resistance in 4000 m and the hole-bottom temperature more than 150 ℃(Maximum 170 ℃) formation.It provided a solution for viscosity reducing caused by polymer degradation when conventional solids free drilling fluid was used in high temperature.In addition,this fluid provided strong solids carrying capacity and ensured the whole drilling operations safe.Remarkable technological and economic benefits was obtained from the application of this drilling fluid.
