高效液相色谱法检测玉米中的伏马毒素B_1和B_2 被引量:17

摘要 采用柱前衍生,高效液相色谱分离,荧光分光光度法对玉米中伏马毒素B1和B2进行了定量测定,其线性范围分别为1.04~16.67ng(FB1)和1.67~26.67ng(FB2),检测限分别为0.037和0.028mg/kg。以该方法对加标玉米中的伏马毒素进行回收率测定,加标水平为0.1~2mg/kg时,FB1和FB2的平均回收率分别为80.1%和82.0%。 A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of fumonisins B1 (FB1) and B2 (FB2) utilizing pre-column derivation and fluorescence detection. Calibration curves of FB1 and FB2 were in the range of 1.04-16.67ng(FB1)and 1. 67-26.67 ng (FB2) respectively, the limits of detection were approximately 0.037(FB1) and 0. 028mg/kg(FB2). The average recoveries of FB1 and FB2 were found to be 80.1% and 82.0%.
