产业标准化是以技术标准化为本质特征的,其核心目标在于获得规模经济效应与分工经济效应的有机兼容;但最大的缺陷是产品缺乏多样性、产业体系内生性风险较大。产业模块化是以功能标准为其本质特征,它不仅保持了产业标准化的优势,也有效地克服了其内在的劣势。说到底,产业模块化不仅是对产业标准化的升级,也是对产业标准化的整合。本文通过对产业标准化和产业模块化形成机理的剖析,全面比较了技术标准和功能标准对经济发展的作用效果;在此基础上,阐释了产业标准化和产业模块化的相互关系。

Technology standardization is the essential character of industries standardization,the central object of which is attaining the organic compatibility between the effect of economics of scale and division of labor; but the most disadvantages are the absence of product diversity and the higher inherent danger of industries system. Different from it,function standardization is the essential character of industries modulization,which not only keeps the advantages of industries standardization,but also overcomes its inherent disadvantages. In a word,industries modulization is not only the upgrade but also the intergraing to industries standardization. In the paper,the author completely compares the operating effect between technology standard and function standard through analyzing the forming mechanism of them,and gives a discussion on the relationship between industries standardization and industries modulization.
