改进工艺技术提高酮苯装置脱油蜡收率

Technical modification for increasing removal of oil wax from ketone-benzol unit

为提高酮苯装置脱油蜡收率,大庆炼化公司于2004年对工艺进行了改进。具体改进措施有:①保证原料质量和性能稳定性;②控制溶剂质量,及时调整系统溶剂比;③增加全滤液循环量;④降低脱油系统的操作温度并调整溶剂比;⑤保证过滤效果;⑥加强真空密闭系统的操作;⑦控制好脱油蜡的熔点。技术改进后,酮苯脱蜡装置脱油蜡综合收率提高了1.47%。

The technical modification of ketone-benzol unit to improve the deoiling yield in Daqing Refining and Chemical Company was carried out in 2004 .The modification included the following procedures： ①improving the quality of raw material; ②controlling the quality of solvent; ③increasing the capacity of the circulative filtrate; ④decreasing the temperature for the deoiling system and adjusting the solvent ratio;⑤assuring the effect of filtration;⑥strengthening the manipulation of the vacuum system ; ⑦controlling the melting point of deoiling wax. The application results showed that after the transformation the yield of deoiling wax in 2004 increased by 1.47% .
