摘要
80年代后期跃河流域重新布局、规划,将水利任务以灌溉为主变为灌溉、发电并重,并进行优化调度研究。文中电力提灌站布局采用模糊评价技术优选;水库群联合优化调度采用时历法、模拟技术、隐随机优化方法求优。结果表明,水资源得到充分利用。经济效益、社会效益显著。提出的规划指导思想、数学模型、计算技术等,对类似的水电工程有参考借鉴作用。
After a new planning of Yuehe River basin in the late 1980s, the water use has changed its purpose from mainly for irrigation to for both irrigation and hydropower generation. So it is necessary to make a study on optimal operation. In the paper, the layout of pumping station for irrigation is chosen optimally by using fuzzy evaluation method,and the optimal operation of multi-reservoirs is chosen by using coventional method,simulating technique and implicit random optimizing algorithm. The results show that the water resources are fully utilized, the economic and social benefits are quite notable. The planning idea, the mathematical model, and computing technique are valuable reference for other similar projects.
