摘要
以辽单35的双亲自交系为试材,用多种配方的植物生长调节剂,在不同时期作喷施和灌心处理。结果表明:①促进剂可提高叶绿素含量,增加叶面积。其中喷施GA+N+P+K+AAS对提高叶绿素含量效果最明显,GA+BR灌心增加叶面积的作用最大。②植物生长调节剂可调节玉米的生长发育,从大喇叭口期开始处理,多数的促进剂对吐丝都有促进作用,其中用GA+N+P+K灌心的作用最大;不同时期处理的效果不同,大喇叭口期最好。③S3307对吐丝时间有推迟作用,50kg/mg的处理效果最明显。④在本试验中,植物生长调节剂对玉米花期的调节效果并不理想熏最多仅为1~2d。
The material of the experiment were the female parent line and the male of Liao Dan 35. Through some handling of spraying and filling parent line of corn varieties of plant growth accelerator and inhibitor in different stages individually, the results showed that: ①The plant growth accelerator could increase the content of chlorophyll and enlarge the leaf areas. Spraying GA+N+P+K+AAS could increase remarkably the content of chlorophyll and the filling of GA+BR had obvious effect to the enlargement of leaf areas. ②The plant growth regulators could control the process of corn growth. Many growth accelerators had positive effect to silking wha the plants start tobe handled at the beginning of the stage of the big mouth of wind instrument, the best effect came from the filling of GA+N+P+K. Different effects arose in different stages indicated that: S3307 had negative effect to silking, which showed the obvious effect in the concentration of 50 PPm. ③The results of this experiment showed that the plant growth regulator had no obvious effect to regulating flowering, the most was 1 - 2 d.
