摘要
以传统彩票为应用背景,设计了一种电子彩票的发行方案。它具有电子现金的某些特性,如隐私性、不可伪造性、不可重复投注性、可追踪性、离线性等。它比传统彩票的发行方式更灵活、更经济、更安全。
A flexible, economical and secure electronic lottery, issuing scheme was proposed to substitute the traditional lottery issuing way. It possess of some properties of E-cash, such as the privacy, double stake resisting, forgery resisting, traceable, offline, and so on.
