电子政务综合服务门户应用研究

Research and Application of E-Gov. Affair Integration Service Portal

在借鉴企业信息门户的基础上,根据我国城市的特点,针对政府行政管理和变革的需要和各级政府电子政务的实践,提出了适合我国城市电子政务建设的电子政务综合服务门户模型。通过对电子政务建设过程中各级政府、部门间系统独立,缺乏协同,形成信息孤岛,缺乏统一规范入口等问题,从系统和工程的观点提出了应用角色互动网络模型,可以应用到电子政务系统中的综合服务门户的解决框架,并通过给出的框架建立电子政务系统的应用软件系统框架结构,最后对电子政务综合服务门户应用实践进行了分析和阐述。

On the basis of Enterprise Information Portal, characters of Chinese cities, we advance the E-government Integrated Services Portal Model, which adapts to the construction of our Chinese cities, for the changing management of the government and the practice of E-government construction. By analyzing the problem of E-government Affair System in developing about self- governed system ,lack of interaction, self-existent information isle , absence of uniform-normative entry, etc, the paper proposes E-government Integration Service Portal framework from the view of system and engineering based on Role Interaction Network that can be applied to the field of E-government Affair. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the application of E-government Integration Service Portal. Finally, the paper analyzes and illustrates the software Architecture and the problem about the development of E-government Integration Service Portal.
