强负压吸唾对口腔诊室空气中细菌含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察强负压吸唾的使用,对诊室空气中细菌含量的影响。方法以需氧菌为空气中细菌含量观察指标,采用沉降法收集诊室的空气样本。以血琼脂平板分别采集有无使用强负压吸唾情况下,治疗2 h后诊室的空气样本,需氧培养48 h,观察形成的细菌菌落数。结果强负压吸唾组,空气中细菌含量为(12 873±405)cfu/m 3;无强负压吸唾组,空气中细菌含量为(19 157±278)cfu/m 3。两组空气细菌含量有显著性差异(P<0.0001)。强负压吸唾组空气中细菌含量明显低于无强负压吸唾组。结论强负压吸唾的使用,可以降低口腔诊室中空气细菌污染,有条件的情况下应把强负压吸唾作为口腔治疗的必备辅助措施,强化口腔诊疗过程中的感染控制。 Objective To examine the effect of vacuum aspirator on environmental pollution of microorganism in dental clinic. Methods Aerobe was counted as observation index of air contamination and air sample was collected by the method of sedimentation, Air sample of dental clinic 2 hours after treatment was collected on blood agar plate under the condition of using vacuum aspirator and not using it. After being cultured for 8 hours, the datum was observed. Results The datum of the group with vacuum aspirator was (12 873±405) cfu/m^3, while that of the group without vacuum aspirator was (19 157±278) cfu/m^3. The datum of the group with vacuum aspirator was much lower than that of group without it, which showed there was significant difference between them(P〈0.0001). Conclusion Environmental eontamination from tooth treatment in dental clinie ean be redueed by using vaeuum aspirator, ff possible, vaeuum aspirator should be seen as a neeessary treatment assistanee facility and used to eontrol infeetion during the process of ding nosing and treating dental disease.
