建立糖尿病管理中心对社区糖尿病人实施护理干预效果评价

Effect appraisal of implementing nursing intervention for patients with diabetes by establishing diabetes administrative center

目的探讨糖尿病病人有序和科学的管理方式,更好地普及糖尿病的防治知识,提高社区糖尿病病人的生活质量。方法建立糖尿病管理中心,采用多种形式对所在辖区糖尿病病人实施护理干预,干预前后对患者进行糖尿病相关知识的测评,同时测量干预前后患者的生化指标。结果干预后患者对糖尿病相关知识的了解较干预前明显增多(P<0.01),生化指标明显优于干预前(P<0.001或P<0.01)。结论通过建立糖尿病管理中心对社区糖尿病患者实施护理干预,可提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的了解,有效提高其生活质量。

Objective To probe into orderly and scientific management style of patients with diabetes, popularize preventive and treatment knowledge of diabetes in a better way and improve life quality of patients in community. Methods Diabetes administrative center was established and nursing intervention in many forms were given to patients with diabetes. Correlative knowledge on diabetes of patients and biochemistry indexes were measured before and after nursing intervention. Results Patients had significantly more correlative knowledge on diabetes after intervention than before intervention （P〈0.01） and biochemistry indexes were also better. （P〈0.001 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Implementing nursing intervention for patients with diabetes by establishing diabetes administrative center can improve correlative knowledge of patients and improve their life quality.
