对50例舌咽癌患者的临床资料及手术配合过程进行回顾性分析。总结50例舌咽癌联合根治胸大肌肌皮瓣立即整复术的配合要点,认为术前物品准备齐全,熟悉手术步骤,术中配合熟练,合理准备手术用物,严格执行无瘤技术操作是确保手术配合质量及病人安全的关键。

Clinical material and operation cooperation of 50 patients with pharynx cancer were analyzed retrospectively. The paper summarized key points of operation cooperation of pharynx cancer repaired by pectoral major muscular-cutaneous flap and argued that preparing medical articles well preoperatively, knowing operation procedures well, skillful cooperating during operation, preparing operative articles reasonably and strictly aseptic operation are key to ensure the cooperation quality and safety of patients.
