目的加强医疗废物的法制化管理,保护环境,防止疾病传播,保护人体健康。方法依据医疗废物管理条例,成立医院医疗废物管理组织,建立健全医疗废物管理制度,理顺医疗废物从产生到交运各环节工作流程,明确各部门及人员的职责,对全院员工进行有关医疗废物管理知识的培训,加强重要环节、重点科室、重点部位的管理,改善医疗废物管理所必需的基础设施,各级领导加强监督与检查。结果医疗废物的管理达到了法制化、规范化、制度化。结论医院各级领导的高度重视是做好医疗废物管理的关键,全体员工的共同参与是做好医疗废物管理的基础,做好医疗废物的分类收集是医疗废物管理中的重要步骤。在医疗废物管理中,应遵循减量化的原则,同时要加强职业安全防护,严防职业暴露的发生。
