A Historical Review of the Hegelian Civil Society Theory

市民社会理论的变迁大致可分为3个阶段,黑格尔的市民社会理论处于重要的中间环节。黑格尔之前的市民社会理论仅区分了市民社会与自然社会;黑格尔则明确区分了市民社会与政治国家;后来的市民社会理论以此为基础,在市民社会的内容结构、市民社会与经济社会的区分方面又发生了实质性变迁。

The development of the Civil Society Theory can be roughly divided into three stages. The Hegelian Civil Society Theory serves as an important intermediate link for its development. While his predecessor had only distinguished Civil Society from Nature Society, Hegel went further to differentiate the Civil Society from the Po- litical State. Cashing in on such a heritage, the succeeding doctrine underwent substantial changes in content and structure, and on the partition between Civil Society and Economic Society.
