我国国有商业银行产权制度的改革及其实施

国有商业银行产权制度的内在缺陷,决定了我国必须对其进行改革。国内外银行业产权制度改革的实践证明,股份制作为市场经济条件下比较灵活有效的产权组织形式,是我国国有商业银行产权制度改革的最优选择。在股份制改造的具体实施上,国有商业银行理想的产权形式是股份有限公司制,国家采取相对控股甚至不控股,并争取实现整体上市。

The inherent defects of the property rights system of state-owned commercial banks determine that the state-owned commercial banks of our country must be reformed.The property rights system reform of domestic and foreign banks have proved that the shareholding system is a more flexible and effective property rights organizational form in market economy,and it is the cptimum choice of the state-owned commercial banks of our country.About the concrete implementation of shareholding system transformation,we believe that the ideal property rights form of state-owned commercial banks of our country is the sharcholding company limited.our country controls shares relatively and even does not control shares,and try to make them listed wholly.
