摘要 嗜盐嗜碱菌是嗜盐古菌中重要的组成类群,不仅为微生物生理,遗传和分类及生命科学和相关学科许多领域的研究提供新的课题,也为生物进化,生命起源的研究提供新的材料。文章主要讨论了嗜盐嗜碱菌的分类和嗜盐嗜碱机制方面的研究进展。 Haloalkaliphilic Archaea is a distinct physiological group of the halophilic archaea. It can provide new title for microbial taxonomy,genetics, physiology and new material for origin of life, biological evolution. Therefore, it has been attached a great attention. In this paper, the progress of studies in haloalkaliphilic taxonomy and mechanism is discussed.
