绿洲小城市可持续发展研究——以博乐市为例

A Study on the Sustainable Development of Small Oasis City——A Case of Bole

文章针对绿洲小城市建立了基于层次分析法的可持续发展综合评价体系,以绿洲小城市可持续发展理想状态的各项指标值或统计部门规定达到生态城市的目标值为参照,经过适当调整可对任一绿洲小城市可持续发展水平进行相对评估。最后选取新疆典型绿洲城市——博乐市,对其近年来的经济、社会、生态环境诸要素进行了综合评价与分析。

Bole is a typical oasis city in Xinjiang. This paper selects Bole city as a site for case analysis and explores comprehensive evaluation of urban sustainable development after setting up an indicators＇ system which unifies the Bole actual situation. In the light of every indicator of ideal situation of small cities＇ sustaintable development of oasis and the aim data of ecological city which the statistical department control to reach ,this article has analyzed and evaluated the factors in economy ,society and environment.
