Dynamic Monitoring System of Forest Resources in XinJiang

新疆森林覆盖率仅为2%左右,但森林却具有巨大的生态功能和环境意义,它是绿洲生命的支持系统,是绿洲的生态安全保障。文章从论述建立森林资源动态监测体系的意义入手,提出了新疆森林资源动态监测体系建立的构想,从技术、管理、质量监督三个方面进行论述,并从技术、管理、现有基础三个方面进行可行性论证,最后提出建立新疆森林资源动态监测体系应采取的措施。

The forest coverage of Xinjiang is only 2% or so, but it has enormous ecological and environment functions, because it is the crux of life-support ecosystem and eco-security protecting system in oasis. This paper explores the significance of establishing forest dynamic monitoring system, then elaborates the conception of constructing this system in the aspects of technology, management, quality supervision and the feasibility of the factual condition, and itsuggests the countermeasures that should be taken to establish forest dynamic monitoring system.
