Rationlization of Industrial Stuucture in Xinjiang Prefectures

新疆经济发展缓慢的原因是多方面的,一个很重要的原因就是产业结构的不合理。文章运用佩蒂——克拉克定律和库兹涅茨法则,运用定性、定量的方法从产业结构的产值结构和就业结构两个方面分析了全疆十五地州产业结构的变动方向,以理论为依据从动态的角度评价变动的合理性,从而揭示出产业结构存在的问题。

There are many reasons about the slow development of Xinjiang economy,one of the very significant reason is the unreasonable industrial structure. …This paper analyses the structural charges by using C.G. Clark-Wiiam Petty Rule,then,based on these rules,it evaluates the reasonable quaility of alternation with theory in a dynamic way, then it points out the problems in industrial structures of the region.
