对新疆群众体育场地设施投资现状的探讨

A Discussion of the Current Situation of Investment on the Facilities of Sports for people in Xinjiang

文章从经济学的角度出发,分别从投资政策、资金来源、运营性质和影响群众体育场地设施投资的客观因素对新疆目前群众体育场地设施的投资状况进行分析,指出阻碍新疆群众体育场地设施投资的关键所在。从理论和实践上解释体育场地设施投资缺乏的原因,力求为群众体育场地设施的投资工作提供可靠依据。

From economics, this paper discusses the investment situation of the Masses＇ sports facilities, such as investment policy, sources of fund, operation characters and the exective factors for investment. The purpose of this paper is to point out the key factor that hinder the investment of people＇s sports facilities place in Xinjiang at present. And it also aims to explain the reasons of lack of investment in hope that it can provide sore theoretical bases for improving the investment.
