EMT在胚胎发育及肿瘤发生过程中的生物学作用 被引量:5

摘要 上皮细胞间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)描述的是上皮细胞在与周围间质的相互作用过程中逐渐获得了某些间质细胞所特有的性状的现象。它不仅存在于多细胞生物的胚胎发生过程中,同时也存在于多种慢性疾病(如肾纤维化)的发病以及肿瘤的发展过程。它以上皮细胞极性的丧失及其间质特性(成纤维细胞样的外形,波形纤维蛋白、Snail、骨桥蛋白基因的表达)的获得为主要特征,并且与肿瘤细胞的原位侵袭和远隔转移有着密切的关系。本文综述了EMT的研究现状及其与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后的关系及表达情况,为EMT的深入研究做好铺垫。
