摘要
传统意义上的彩票信息化管理只能起到管理数据的采集、存储、汇总、查阅和展现的功能,已经不能满足新形势下彩票业务发展的需求。彩票业务管理信息化的建设是以信息技术应用为基础的管理改造过程,要用ERP思想构建业务管理系统。
The lottery information management on the traditional meaning can be used to collect, store, total data and view the function which is presented. It cannot meet the demand of the new circumstance. The construction of lottery business management information is the process of management and rebuild based on the application of information technology. The business management system should be designed by the thought of ERP.
