高校体育课常常处于学生不感兴趣的尴尬和被动局面,学生在体育课上“身顺心违”和“厌烦”现象、体育课程“学完丢光”现象司空见惯。因此,如何激发和培养学生体育兴趣就成为高校体育教学需要研究的重要课题。提出了运用“诱趣教学”的重要性和其运用方法,以提高体育教学质量和培养学生对体育活动的兴趣和爱好。

But as far as sports class is concerned, it is often in the passive situation of “being important when having it and unimportant when attention is paid to it.” When having sports classes, the students are often in the bored mood and after they learn the sports materials, they forget them all. So how to stimulate and develop students, interest in sports has become an important subject. This article tells us the importance of interest stimulating as well as the ways to realize it so as to achieve the effect of improving teaching quality and improve students＇ interest.
